Two decades ago, finding a company that employed women or minorities in their executive level management was almost unheard and today it’s a commonplace occurrence. Companies today are making Diversity initiatives a business priority, as a result, Diversity programs are having a considerable influence on how their organizations core values are perceived by others. Including diversity programs can help increase an organization’s success, have a positive impact on workplace culture and help improve relationships with clients and customers.
